There is a process when it's time for change, whether you're ready or not; whether you want to or not; whether you're trying to or not; that surrender becomes your position. You may be on your knees, you may be crawling, you may be ready for the opportunity to say, "I'll do whatever it takes".
At that time you enter a special kind of experience. There is a the three day process between you and G-d. As you surrender whether it be to a situation, a circumstance, a person; it is the time when you're asked to release the hold of how you have been doing it. "Doing it" meaning the way you think about it, your emotional relationship with it, and/or the way you do it, whatever that is; to allow for another format to be yours. It may be for only a moment, it may be for all three days, the time isn't the factor it is the position of surrender to a new way.
In the world of essential oils, in the process of observation in the experience of collecting your own research, this self-renewal process can be a very valuable template in understanding how you go about relating to spirit and to the guidance you'll receive in the self-renewal process.
When you enter, step into, choose, select a way to use an oil; it is a ritual that has a code and as you begin to understand the code you follow the steps precisely because of the relationship you will have while in communion during the process. Whoever is with you in the process will also benefit by observing the three day cycle. As you wonder what to do in the cycle, as you wonder how often to do an oil, as you wonder which one is correct; the surrender brings the first answer. The follow-thru in the three day cycle brings the rest.
Doubt is not a question. It is a loss of trust. Your question comes from wanting to know what the next step is in the process. This three day cycle comes from an intention of surrendering to what is best no matter what. The three day cycle is often more intense than other forms of the cycle which may extend to 7, 10, 14, 21, 28 or another rhythmic numbers of days. As you monitor your cycles you will be able to see the cyclic relationship with your renewals, changes, inward times - whatever you call them, when you and one or two others, or a few, are involved in an observation of a process that is more than you as individuals. It involves the relationship with communication with the unseen variables of factors that come into play as if they are coming to you specifically as part of a play you somehow are to experience in time.
There can be intense times through that three day cycle almost like a storm that appears with no rhyme or reason, it's just there and then it lifts, like it never was there. That's where often it can be assumed that it was all in your head, regardless the interpretation, the experience happens and leaves a memory about something beyond your control.
In summary, a three day cycle has a surrender, a pulled back experience, a communion, and a new you. Something will be different about you after the experience, like layers have been lifted, of exactly what it doesn't matter; it doesn't matter if it's ever put into words - it is felt.
